Description Silverplate butter dish. Floral engraving on body and legs. V-shaped, moveable handles with symbols of ruins (?). Lion finial. Four footed. Initials of original owner engraved on lid "M.L.R." Reed & Barton pattern #2624. The bowl is dented on bottom where one of the legs is attached and it made a hole.
